Hole on driver side in front of bellhousing...see flex plate

Howdy Gents
On the drivers' side...in front of bellhousing on the engine plate ???? there is a cover missing/a hole I can see the flexplate thru...it is kinda triangular in shape.....surely there is a cover that goes there??
Can someone tell me what the heck it is called so I can procure one ?

Maybe a photo of the naked hole? That barring that, what @mikez71 shared is the only thing I can think of based on your description.

Yep The last one you posted it it...I am sure. It's on the opposite side from the starter.
