What do you guys think of my front brake pads?

I know the rotor looks mirrored but it really isn’t and there’s no grooves. Looks like it’s just picking up the flash from my phone. Plenty thick too.

What does the other pad look like?

They look fine to me. Probably a little more than half worn on the pads. But the one on the caliper side usually wears out first, so it's worth getting a mirror back there for e a looksee.

I just went ahead and bought some new ceramic pads. It’s not that much. And now I can say I did them. Preserve the rotors best I can.

Good call. Super easy job on these, thankfully.
All done. After the first one the second one was a breeze… going for a test ride now. I’ll drop a picture of those pads in a minute. They actually had quite a bit of life left, but I suppose I can keep them for backups if they’re evenly worn? Or do we not do that.
