thats engine sound. it sounds like bottom end from vid so bearings is what id guess but not there so cant be sure

A friend of mine had a similar issue a few months ago and believe it or not turned out to be the starter

Check your torque converter bolts, it's a long shot but they may have worked their way loose and it's rattling around in there.
