Thats quite true lol, but I never ask for permission unless its a mod on her car hahaHa

It's funny you say that, I just talked my wife into letting me debadge her 07 Acura MDX. It has only taken me like 2 years to get her to say yes lol

Call me old school, but some of you have to get permission from the wives to do this or do that? When a husband is making $100,000 a year and the wife makes $50,000 a year..... a free clue guys..... you don't have to ask permission to do anything! If a hot and heated debate starts, just remind the wives that you were at least kind enough to abandon ye ole "barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen" philosophy! Get with the program guys, you don't wear the panties and skirts in the family I hope! :)

OK, back on topic! I of course have the Z71 wheels on my new Z71. I am perfectly happy with them. 20" Z71 wheels would have been nice, but that's not an OEM option right now. The only thing I would even consider replacing my 18" Z71 wheels with right now is the 5 spoke 20" chrome OEM Tahoe wheels. And even if I do that, I would have to buy 5 wheels and five new tires.

Yeah that's a little old school. It shouldn't matter how much money you make, or she makes. When you got married everything changed and it became joint money, which in my opinion means you should discuss major purchases that being new wheels for the car or a new fridge for the house. just my $.02

Well, I was joking more or less. :party33:

But..... after I paid the mortgage (back when I had a mortgage) and the monthly bills, whatever was left over was MINE. Whether I wanted a case of Pepsi or a brand new vehicle, it was my money. Likewise with her money. It was mine also!
