What kind of speeds did you run? I know some of those limits in west tx and arizona can get up there.

Good feedback and good data, thanks.

Honestly, you don't feel the speed, so its easy to over speed at times. 85-90 mph. This thing is an absolute beaut! Going from Indio CA towards Blythe CA(Arizona border) they’re very steep grades. I flying past everyone at 80. Lol plenty of Torque thats for sure. Climb up with absolutely no problem(engine turning at 1500-1800rpm), other vehicles struggled to climb.(even the diesel 2500’s) I couldn’t believe it.. as im used to the 4.8 v8 Silverado 1500.

Story of my rickidy 2001 Z71 with 240,000 miles. I built a cluster with temperature gauge from a bunch of broken clusters haha... Little dis I know the chipset I installed was from a 120 MPH face on a 100 MPH face.

I got on the interstate to test the cluster out and run some errons. I ran the truck up to what I thought was 75 MPH and was FLYING by everybody. I thought what is going on. Everybody is driving REALLY slow!

Little did I know I was going 90 MPH not 75.

21 Yukon Denali 4x4 and have been endlessly driving around my town and local. I filled up today to avoid having to go out if there were riots in Minneapolis and did a direct calculation of pumped gallons to trip odometer miles: I came up with 13.5 MPG which really impressed me that the onboard comp calculation was 13.6 MPG. I don’t care at all about city MPg as I have a lead foot and love listening to that glorious 6.2 getting wound up.

so far the only bit of long travels I’ve been taking were on my “winter” rim and tire set up which is AT4 takeoff 20” rims and Goodyear Duratracs. I averaged approx 19.8 MPG at 80 MPH which blew me away! Also was amazed at how quiet and composed the Yukon was riding on those meaty Duratracs.

I’m in field sales and will be back on the road again after a travel grounding due to COVID in about a month. I routinely drive upwards of 1,000 miles a week, so I’ll quickly become one of this forum’s “mileage guys.” I’ll report back with some real hwy miles, on the OEM 22’s and Bridgestones, as well as a few drives trying to hyper-mile as much as I can to see how close I can come to nipping the heels of the Duramax.

I'm at 8,000 miles on my AT4 now and pretty consistently seeing 16.3 mpg driving around town and home on the highways.

Right now I am testing my mileage on my new '18 PPV.

My tank isn't finished yet but I filled it up to the brim with E85 @ 77-78% E and I am averaging 14.3mpg over 50/50 city/hwy and it looks like I should get around 450-500miles on that tank of E85.

87 octane would net me closer to 17mpg which in my opinion isn't bad on either front. With E85's performance and price lately it has been a no-brainer for me here in Michigan, I almost solely run CORN through all of my vehicles!! As long as E85 is 20% less in price per gallon, it is the way to go!

That must be almost 100% Hwy driving?
No, this short trips around our area to get out of the house and trips to the twin cities and suburbs. Some days it is 50 to 100 miles some days a round trip to Duluth MN, which is 320 round trip. To go shopping it is a 70 mile round trip with 10 to 15 mile in city driving. No Jack rabbit starts or slamming on the brakes. Best mileage at 73 mph. I have records to back it up.
