How do I test drive

I sat in a pre owned Yukon Denali to see if I liked the interior, and then I test drive a Sierra with a Duramax to see how I liked the engine. Then I ordered.

We found a few used Tahoes/Suburbans at a dealer near our in-laws. Left the kids with them for a couple of hours and checked out the interior. Also had them fire up a Silverado w/ 3L Duramax as my wife was having a hard time believing that quiet diesels existed (only had been around 5.9 Cummins and 7.3 Powerstrokes). We then found a used Tahoe close to home and the dealer let me have it for an hour so I brought it home and we loaded up the kids and took it to town and back. Placed our order for Yukon XL w/ Duramax on March 30th.
