How long to replace upper/lower control arm bushings

I had a professional shop do mine. I realized right away that an alignment would most likely need to be done right after, and the only ones who do that on trucks with 35's on it was like 4 towns over.
It cost more this way, but it was worth not having to deal with any unforeseen problems/snags with the job.
The shop got it done in like 4 hours w/the alignment.

No need to bring it to a shop when I can do it myself . This is just one project added to a short list of others that I am doing while I'm under there. Also, its not my dd so I am not in any rush. Just going to take my time and make sure its done right.

I've been trying to work up the nerve/balls to tackle this job for a while lol.
I think I'm going to bite the bullet and pay a pro to do it.

Mines a 4x4 from mn. Had to cut through the bushings/lca bolts with a sawzall carbide grit blade, few of them, then I burnt the bushings out of the lcas by heating the outer sleeve and one literally popped out, so don't stand in front of either end, the others I just tapped with a hammer after heating came out fairly easy. Everything was rusted and seized together so it took me a total of probably 25-30 hrs but I could probably do it all again in a day (full day) I only have hand tools though except for the sawzall and torch
