Ummm, I think that his 95 is not his Daily Driver, it's his race truck... I read that and thought, ya that makes sence.

EDIT: And it's possible he tagged his motor milage, not the body. My body has 145k miles, but my motor only has 27k miles.

Hey, is your 5 speed factory? If aftermarket, was it hard to put in? That sounds really cool!
My very first car was a 81 malibu with a manual 3 speed (Iraqi taxi) and a 28? v6. It was fun, but it got better when we dropped in a 305 from a camaro! Then the first gear was just there to shred tires! ahh youth........

So, when I read a five speed in a 350, I had the same thoughts. How much fun would that be.......

Now I'm curious!

Sorry for the thread jack....

Yup came stock the only reason I bought this truck. I like odd stuff it is a 2Dr with a stock 5 speed!!! love it

99' Tahoe, 129,500 miles, running strong. Second owner, purchased 3 years ago with 92,000 on it. Only things it's needed has been regular oil changes, a waterpump, alternator, brakes, tires, and u-joints. It's been a great truck and I would not hesistate to drive it across the country.:)

Its still really strong.. weird.. i think I'm liking American engine now.. beside poor MPG.. i think this engine could last another 100k no problem

My wifes boss had an 85 or so suburban with 370k on it and he had owned it since either 10k or 20k miles back in 89. Thing still ran good. paint was shot, interior was shot but the thing ran strong untill he sold it to some kid and it died a year latter from the kid beating on it all the time. He sold that thing 4 years ago. lol thats your money's worth. Small block 350's will run forever with a little care and respect.
