Easily over 550HP to the ground!

Seriously tho. No more than 300 to the tire.

Next mod? budget?
Biggest gain to be had (baller on a budget) considering your truck package.. Buy a used TSP 218/220 cam and springs used from Performancetrucks and toss in a circle D 2600-2800 278mm converter.
If you wait for deals, you can do this and gaskets for under 700$ for everything.
Then get a real tune.

A custom grind cam would make more power by far, but will instantly put you in the 600$+ range with cam, springs, gaskets, etc required to do the swap. without the converter.

If you are going to do the swap, BUY THE LIFTER HOLD UP TOOLS! Do not listen to anyone who says they will stay in place during the cam swap.
If you don't, and one or more drops. You may get lucky and it falls all the way down into the pan and MAYBE you can fish it out with a telescopic magnet. BUT you will be pulling heads to put it back into place.

I don't want to build up this engine, going to eventually get a 6.0 and 4l8e. I may do some things to that engine, but don't want it to be too crazy loud, or have a rough idle.

Ok. but just fyi, a 218/220 doesnt idle rough. a good tune and it will idle very close to stock.

But as far as bolt on's.
go for a powerbond under drive crank pulley,
comp cams trunion upgrade (not power but reliability),
Big three upgrade,
Corvette servo and billet OD servo,
Electric fans from a 05 ( guy on performance trucks is selling one with the OEM harness and relays),
Bigger trans cooler,
Replace both front 02 sensors and both knock sensors.
