Haven't used those isolators for last couple sets now. Any thoughts on why higher 5/16" on driver side; even after swapping spring side/side? That's really bothering me. Also little drive w/ all hardware backed off, then re-tighten. Even adj. mounting point/angle of sway bars' new spot so all is mounted level again. Thinking that cutting that extra difference out of driver side spring won't level it side/side. Suggestions?

Sorry Tony. I am busy, but even slower typer. Every time I finally post new question then refresh, you've already answered it ahead of me. lol.

So cutting more out of that side 'might' level it if there are variances?

the side thats higher I would cut from Due to being a solid axle set up cutting from one side will also affect other side but not as much. Thats why i always start cutting from higher side just like the trailblazer suvs.

Now in front is truck even?

Also there are variances on these trucks no doubt about that. usually drivers side sits lower due to gas tank

yeah cut from higher side. if you look at my springs the first loop is very small around the brackets on frame then next one i had done really wide so literally overlaps first coil.

Are you trying to get the rear to 31.5 also?

Yes. That's where I was hoping to get; to eliminate rake.

It will bottom out a lot more at that height. Cut bumpstops down on axle to 1/2 inch tall and be prepared to notch upper crossmember for panhard bracket

Thanks. When you cut for those two tahoes, did you get measurements? Did you go 1" lower? When you have chance PLEASE show pic of an actual spring w/ maybe tape or something to mark/show where you cut and how much it dropped? I think I might aim for 32" for now ( so 3/4" driver and 1/2" pass.) So I can use your example and judge from that. That would help so much, thanks in advance.

Thanks. Not exactly 3/6. Like most, mine is an ongoing process. I have a mix of parts/brands. Close to 4/6 right now. Current pics in album - this pic in front of graffiti is w/ 2/4 on 20's.

At this point its the lowest spring out there. You will need to cut and id do a loop off top side. Your only wanting like 1/2 inch more correct?
ALso remember if you go much lower you will need to notch the upper crossmember for panhard bar clearance.

Yes will start w/ 1/2" from lowest side ( and 3/4" from drivers ). I'm completely cool w/ notching that cross-member.
