I’ve always been under the impression that coil packs are considered good until they fail, with no need to replace otherwise.
Then I read somewhere about coils being needed to be replaced every 100k miles?
(I’m currently at 153k miles with original coil packs).
Does anyone do this? Would I get better MPG and/or performance from fresh coil packs?
(About to do a tune up, so wonderingwhether to also replace the coils packs).
