How Reliable? Z71 Tahoe

I'm looking to buy an 02-04 Z71 Tahoe here pretty soon and was wondering how reliable they are. How many miles is too many miles to start with? In my price range, they are ranging from 80K to 180K!! I know I don't want to start with 180K, but how about 130K or so?? My dad has a 02 Tahoe with 160K and it runs like a champ.

Also, is there is a such thing as a non Z71 4x4 Tahoe?

Yes there are Tahoes that are non z71 but still 4x4

I would suggest finding the lowest milage truck in you price range

These trucks are built to last if serviced properly
