How to install helper bags in springs. Pics inside

I was running 15. But my right one doesn't hold press anymore. Don't know if it's the bag or the line yet.

Whenever i install them i cut the upper isolators more open. Ive seen the line get pinched on the rubber when it moves around. if the bag is leaking you should hear it pretty quickly
