How to mod DRL to LED lights

Does anyone know a way to mod a 2015 Tahoe to have the parking lights come on instead of the DRL.

I would also like to know how it works. I spoke with the company before and the LED strip on a LT is not as bright as the LTZ, so the LED strip for the DRL will not be as bright.
