How to select Neutral when the engine won't start?

Probably a bad ECM.

The 21 models require a special tool to place them in neutral. There’s a few other posts on here about it.

The only way it will go into neutral is if the engine is actually running (a really stupid design).

I would think those two guys would have some Go Jacks, put them under the tires and push the vehicle out

There are some Hydraulic Wheel Dollies that can be used. One on each wheel would allow a couple of guys to easily push the vehicle out of the basement garage where it could then be loaded on a flatbed.

This was my first thought unless there’s any kind of grade that would make the 3T truck as unstoppable as an fully load oil tanker.
