Can this be determined from the VIN or any other way other than asking the dealer?

Found it — 4/2021. Thanks!The month and year it was built will be posted on a white sticker inside your drivers side door jamb. It’s not the specific date it was finished but it’ll be close with the month and year.
It’s not in any of those places. Open the drivers door and then look on the lower portion of the B-pillar.Apparently they either moved to different location or deleted build date of 2023 models….
Even the old sticker that had the option codes are gone.
I checked the drivers door, passenger door, glove compartment and even under the hood.
Also, if you happen to have the Certificate of Origin (In Oklahoma the dealer provides this to us because the vehicle owner is responsible for getting Title and Tag from a Tag Agency), the "day" the vehicle is manufactured is provided. Here's a copy of mine with the Red arrow pointing to the date of manufacture:
