I concur with the above completely. I would also inspect the harness to the coils.

Since nearly all the misfires are at cylinder #6, try swapping plug wires with cylinder #1.
If the problem moves to cylinder #1, you need a new plug wire.

If the problem stays with cylinder #6, try swapping COILS with cylinder #1.
If the problem stays with cylinder #6, you need one new spark plug.
If the problem moves to cylinder #1, you need a new coil.

feels like this is probably a coil breaking over to ground when it's wet. is my guess. Definitely do this coil swap. or I've even seen a loose spark plug cause weirdness.

If the problem stays with cylinder #6 after all that, swap injectors ...

I've even seen a loose spark plug cause weirdness.

This^^^

For some reason the LS blocks like loosening spark plugs on their own.

Also check for corrosion on each end of the plug wires. Over the years the New England states have been upping the amount of storm pre-treatment on the roads, and that brine mist gets absolutely everywhere; in all the nooks & crannies. An hour or two on a treated slushy interstate behind traffic will absolutely coat your engine and engine bay with the White Death.

I try to monthly (or more if I can) pop the hood at the car wash and spray down the engine bay with it running. And I've been slowly filling every connector with dielectric grease to help seal them from the elements. I love NH, but the roads are absolute hell on steel.

I'm going to order new plug wires and coils. The plugs were changed at 80k miles (running for 20k miles). Should the plugs be replaced regardless?
There is only one option for plug wires on RA, lots of choices on coils. Which coil would be recommended? Economy, Premium, Standard, High Performance.
I also want to do a injector cleaning with Red Line addictive. Is this a good idea?

Thank you all for the advice.

I purchased and installed "counterfeit" AC spark plugs, and after 20k miles gap had growned from .040" to .065" and started throwing a P0300 code. Here's the thread I did:
