that particular truck I pictured may be the network provider, the ecm truck has different shaped antenna's, and the more recent one is a nnbs anyway, but the ecm truck is a essential part of the motorcade

What I'm reading is that they do have ECM vehicles, but that's not it based on it not having the two larger antenna. This vehicle would be the electronics/communications vehicle. So I was right on this one, but I need to go get some more tinfoil, and opening 20 or so pages to read up on this was not worth having my computer now tracked.

In the very early 1980s when our SEAL teams were running around Lebanon, they drove around with devices that would trigger electronic/remotely detonated bombs. In one instance, as they approached a large building there was an explosion and it collapsed. In another instance, a vehicle exploded several hundreds yards away from where the US Military was in Beirut. If my memory is right, the idiotic ambassador then forbade its use, not wanting any more buildings to collapse. Afterwards, 4 Marines were killed by a remotely detonated bomb. The regular military put such technology into regular use after 9-11.

Damn, that's cool too! Any other cool mods they do?

Nothing that was still on it when I got it. I had to remove what seemed like miles of wiring for lights, sirens, etc., replace console cubbys which were cut up for switch panels, and replace lights that had holes drilled for strobes, but other than that nothing really noteworthy.

Years ago I bought an 89 Formula that was a DEA vehicle. Tons of dead ended wiring was ripped out.
