that vehicle is a electronic jammer basically for IED's, or anything guided electronically, so it probably has a cell phone jammer and lots of other related goodies onboard

There's a square cutout and rivets back there, look at the back half.

That's an ECM and or ECCM truck.

Electronic Countermeasures or Electronic Counter-Countermeasures.

You two are kidding right? IEDs, electronic jammer, Electronic counter-countermeasures? You two watch too many fake military and govt shows, and sound overly paranoid.
IEDs? You think someone is going to start putting bombs all over the highways when the president is in town and hope they get lucky? Have you ever seen a motorcade that didn't lead with motorcycles? Or how long they are? How big do you think the coverage is supposed to be?
Electronic Jammer? Does that vehicle look like it would have protection from its own signals?
ECM or ECCM, seriously?? no...

This shouldn't be any secret information but, that box on top of the vehicle is something that I've seen very similar to what the military uses. Its just a "private (govt) network navigation and vehicle tracking and mapping system".

I see a reinforced frame on the roof with some antennas on the corners for their cb style radios. that and what look to be rear windows that open to fire out of, I'm thinking its a minigun back there. Of course it really could be just some standard rack system they get on everyone of their vehicles so they can move their equipment around on their own.

it's well known that that particular truck is a ecm vehicle, that's not just for looks or to make you run around with a tinfoil hat screaming the sky is falling. google is your friend look it up for yourself
there is also another one that provides network data via gps/satellite for the fleet when they are on the move

What I'm reading is that they do have ECM vehicles, but that's not it based on it not having the two larger antenna. This vehicle would be the electronics/communications vehicle. So I was right on this one, but I need to go get some more tinfoil, and opening 20 or so pages to read up on this was not worth having my computer now tracked.
