Tried to heat it first.. Wouldn't peel. I guess 5 years of being on will do that, I just did a test area first and it came off fine going slowly.

I've got a good detailer that is going to do a full paint restoration in the spring though, incase I do screw up lol.

If that sticker has been on for five years you're going to need a good detailer ... he will probably have to compound it to get the paint to match. Hopefully it won't need to be wet sanded. Just be careful with that eraser wheel, I saw someone (that would be me) put too much pressure on it and peel the paint right off.

Yeah I am being careful. And he is very capable. He is the best in Nova Scotia. the same guy that fixed my lines for me when I removed the mouldings on the 07 Yukon I had, which would've been on for around the same time.

Got my headlights... Pretty upset that they forgot to clear them/remove the reflector. Not sure if I want to wait 6 weeks to send back and receive them again though... Ugh

Why would it take six weeks?
It should take them no more than a few hours to bake them open and reseal them plus whatever shipping back and forth takes.

because he's in Canada and apparently shipping to and from Canada into the States is quite the chore from what I understand.

Took almost two weeks from shipping date to today, give them a day or two then two weeks back so I exaggerated but still lol.

I called them and I guess their clear option is for the projector not the turn reflector. So I guess it's my fault for assuming lol.

I'm just going to leave it the way it is, looks more oem I guess lol.

Hopefully install this weekend if I get a chance. Still trying to figure out wiring for quad switchbacks [emoji58]
