2 days ago my check engine light came on and i cant stand engine lights so i took it to the nearest autozone to have them check it because i was getting a weird random vibration so the ecm threw a p1345 code crank sensor or cam sensor the car started fine untill came from my aunts stopped at a stop sign and the truck cut off and would not start and i had it towed to a shop does this problem sound familar to anyone thanks for the help

from what i remember when i got my damn p1345 crankshaft and cam correlation ********... It was because the dizzy is off and then you have to also do a cam and crank corr with the scanner and then it should work out fine.

lets hope either the cam or crank sensor failed and hope that your dizzy gear did not strip out.

the guys working on my truck changed the distributor and the crank shaft sensor but the light did not go off and they said they tried to relearn the sensor and the said that didnt work any ideas i hate engine lights

When zeroing out the '99 rpm needs to be bumped to 2000 and again to 4000 when reading values.

True im still off though on mine..... I have mine turned all the way one way it will go and still not zeroed in im pissed because i know i could more out of her.
