Yeah, I believe the Express vans ran the Dana 60S (60 Super), but I thought those were all 2500/3500 series with 8 lugs.

Sounds like you are converting it to 6 lug, right? Do they sell lockers/LSD for the Dana 60S? Or is that not needed in your application?

Another option for a swap is to use the old 14 bolt 9.5" SF GMT800 8 lug (not the 10.5 full float) and swap axles. There's some modifications using Express Van 6 lug brake calipers also required. I've read this on the performance truck.net. They have a sticky on this swap

A 9.5" semi floater with a Trutrac and c-clip eliminators (if going faster than 9.99) would be less expensive no?
If we were going to boost it I would go that route, but this is an N/A build that won’t be anymore than maybe 500hp. In the future it will get a narrow 9”, but for now the yearned only needs a posi. It already has 33 spline axles and disc brakes.
