Can’t you just disable it from the dic? Or with a tech2? It may require bcm programming.. if I had the feature I could try to disable it but sadly mine is super basic model…

Sometimes text can be taken the wrong way. I know my lumbar always resets back even though I changed both settings to be deflated. It's kind of annoying, but the mirrors would be worse. I wanna get a set of tow mirrors, did you get the cheaper Amazon ones?
unless someone is adjusting the mirrors or pressing a memory button they should not move. PERIOD
so that being said there must be some other reason, maybe the door mirror switch is bad or funky or the mirrors have some internal problem.
possible fixes: test or replace door mirror switch
or pull a fuse #14 inside driver side panel
