Derf - How'd your project go?

I did the same thing on a '87 S10 Blazer, took the bench out of a '91 S10 PU and it bolted right in, even though the guy at the wrecking yard said it would never work.

i got 60/40 and i want 2 buckets up front instead cant find any good seats around here

ANY seat will fit, as long as it's not wider than the original. Just take a few measurements, and fab some brackets to adapt the new seat to the old track.

I had a S-10 Blazer, I swapped in some buckets from a Grand Am.... sat about 2" lower (more headroom!) and they were MUCH more comfortable.

i have the 2 captain seats in front of my 96 chevy tahoe and i want to put the bench seat so i will have a middle seat up front, would a bench seat bolt right up? also does anyone have any pics if they done it
