I want HID's, 03' Denali XL

I have a 2003 Yukon Denali XL...

I'd like to add 10,000k LOW beams and FOG in HID...

What size are the bulb kits I need to order?

9005 for lows and 880 for fogs. I have both in 8k

With 10,000 kelvin you may look blue but you won't see very much.

I wish people would be practical about the implication of using a color temperature that is just to damn high for safe driving. Would recommend no higher then 6,000 kelvin.

12K is just going to look stupid. Might be a cool color to look at but driving it will be terrible.

I know everyone has a clue as to what we are talking about, but you can not abbreviate Kelvin ratings. It is not 10k, it is 10,000K. Just saying.

I would not go over 6,000K unless you want blue lights. 4,3000K will give you the highest amount of lumens. 6,000K will give you a nice amount of lumens and also give a snow white look.

I agree with above posts. Anything above 6000k gives very poor light output. I have the 6000k from DDM in my Denali and love them. Great output with a hint of blue.

Also, remember that 6000k hid from brand A may not be the same color as 6000k from brand B. My 6000k hids are different color temp than my friend's 6000k from another brand.

Wattage makes a slight difference in color given the same temperature as well.
