What's coming out, trans or diff fluid? Does your diff take trans fluid like the GMT900s? It's possible the seal between the two is leaking or weeping.

It’s the transmission vent line for sure. It hasn’t spit fluid out again since I put the new dipstick tube seal in and removed some more of the fluid. I haven’t got on the highway and tried that yet but I did pull my enclosed motorcycle trailer 35miles on back roads this morning and it didn’t leak at all. It was originally over filled by the shop when they rebuilt it back in December. I drove it 300miles on the highway 2 days after picking it up without knowing it was overfilled, it blew fluid everywhere because it was 2 quarts over. I called the shop they apologized and said to just remove the extra fluid and it would be fine. I removed fluid but I only removed it down to where it was about 1 quart over full. I read on here and a couple other places that the 4l60e likes being overfilled a little and that GM spec’d it out low from the get go.

It’s right at the the top edge of the full indicator on the dip stick. It was probably an 1/8-1/4” over when it was spitting fluid out.
