I blew my first round of upgrade cash on the lift (which revealed the need for new brakes and exhaust) and tires, so I'd say that's where I'd take it. My next round of upgrades include changing the gears, and replacing the interior.

I'd get a pair of curb fillers and some fuzzy dice for my rear view mirror...LOL JK

I'd probably do Roof Rack, Cargo Rack for my Hitch, Body Lift, KC Lights, and a Winch...
or
I'd have my Interior COMPLETELY re-done in all Black (seats, carpet, head liner), windows tinted darker,and Window Rains Guards....

me..i'd buy some used 35" a/t's for my 6" lift on the way, i'd buy a steel 2" cowl hood, then i'd get it painted back gold, and the rest would be used towards a full ranch hand bumper

I'd get a BB Tune, exhaust (maybe dual), roll pan and front bumper upgrade. Hopefully I could have enough left to sell my 22's and get a set of 20's with 305 or 325/50's... and a pair of shiny red boots!! JK LOL
