the evo section no but the system does share the same module as the passlock system. however it would not keep the stater from running just weather or not the pcm receives permission to run the injectors. read the attached document to learn more. if you think a part of the text describes your current results let us know so we can trouble shoot from there.

Yes it describes my issues and says i should refer to the A Diagnostic system check - Theft Deterrant, so what should i do now?

Thank you for that upload! Does that pertain to 07-13's as well?

Ok so i have gotten my dash put back in and am ready to proceed with getting this issue. Ok so Mr. SinlitComet i have read through the documents you posted, but im at a loss, i have absolutely no idea how to read the diagram for 1, for 2, even if i could read it i dont have a multimeter or even know how to use one, I know how to work on old cars and trucks but computer stuff is a bit above my pay grade. So i guess my question is, Is this something someone like me can even fix? I can do the work if i can get some step by step guidance.

if you you have trouble understanding the diagrams and have no meter get some help on it. better that then risk damaging a circuit. if you get a digital meter practice with it on something simple as probing on something easily like testing a battery or checking resistance of a wire of sorts. when satisfied go to town on the alarm system. use this tutorial for some experience.
