I heard NITTO 420 is the best tire for oversized wheels!
I'll be upgrading from Nexans soon.

It depends on whether you can do it yourself or have to pay someone to do it. It's labor intensive so it costs a lot to have it done at a shop, a shop will run you at least a couple to a few thousand dollars.

I figure two days of your time if you're a DIY'er, that's what my Trailblazer took for me to accomplish.

But using decent quality parts, you can do it yourself easily for around $1000. So far I've amassed most of the parts needed for my Escalade which is essentially a dressed up Tahoe/Yukon. I've got good quality Moog tie rod ends for about $200, Upper and Lower ball joints ran me about $200, new passive shocks ran me about $225, new front sway bar endlinks (GM) about $100, rear sway bar endlinks (Moog) for another $100.

I need to pick up the front upper and lower control arm bushings for another $200, rear control arm bushings for another $150 and that should just leave the two days of my labor which is free. Then a 4wheel alignment anytime after you mess with the suspension attachments. I have a 5 year contract so that won't cost me again. Otherwise, figure about $100 for an alignment.

If you need a new pitman arm and the other end (I can't remember the name), it'll run you another $300 or $400 for quality parts like Moog. Mine are fine so I'm not going to do those immediately.
