The previous owner, to better fit his custom bumper, removed the poorly designed spare tire hanger underneath the truck. I am not about to make the same mistake twice, so instead, was looking for an OE or reproduction spare tire mount, that mounts in the cab. Before you say anything, my brother in law had one in his '92 K5 Blazer. I tried looking up the part number, various websites, even looked for something similar that was aftermarket. Nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? I'm not a welder so I don't think something custom would be an option. Thank you!!

Pretty sure my dad's '97 Tahoe had the spare tire inside also, so possibly look into that.

My father in law says he remembers having one in his '95 Tahoe, and his son had one in his '92 Blazer. He claimed that it was set up that way because of where the fuel tank was on those models (where the spare tire would normally hang from). I would love to incorporate an OEM mount into my newer Yukon, but I havent found one, and I havent found any specs to do a custom one, and Summit hasnt been pulling through on this...any suggestions!? Thank you!!
