Hi Tony,
Yeah that is a great website and good resource.
Both the 6.2 and the 5.3 are solid engines ... don't know about the 4.8 which is in some Tahoes but that's underpowered anyway so I'd stay clear of it. If gas mileage is a concern, and it is for most of us, and you can do without some of the Denali accessories/options not available on the Tahoe, I would recommend the Tahoe. Not only because of the smaller engine but because the Denali is an AWD vehicle as opposed to the Tahoe which is a 2wd/4wd switch. If you're looking at a 2wd Denali then of course disregard this because it doesn't apply. But driving a 6.2 in full time AWD is a fuel inefficient as it gets. Plus Tahoes are cheaper and one can swap for some of the Denali accessories down the road.
Other than that the styling differences between the Hoe and the Nali are a matter of personal taste. Some folks like the front end curvy design of the Yuk, others the more straight lines approach of the Hoe.
Hope that helps a little.

Just to clarify ... by saying the Hoes are 'cheaper' I mean you'll be able to get a newer one with less miles on it for the same price as a Nali and spend less fueling it.
