Hi Everyone, I am having a known problem with my Tahoe. It's a 99 2 Door with the normal old vortec 350. I have replaced the belt twice, tensioner and idler pulley twice and remilled the grooves in the pulley's down and also have just finished a water pump and fan clutch pulley swap and I still have a constant squeak. Could it be the fan clutch itself? Or maybe the fan? I can try to record the sound and post it if it helps at all. It is in the shop now that a friend owns to try his hand at it. Thank You

Check the power steering pump pulley. If it's not flush with the pump shaft it can cause a constant chirp, and ware the belt unevenly.
