1.the height of light box requirements:
The whole light-box height should keep in 10~14cm, the purpose of doing that not only ensure the light evenness,but also mke the brightness at best.
2. return circuit installation and the use of points line:
When you install modules in blister word or the inner of box, try to adopt three or four points line, when connect to the cable try to make the whole word or the cabinet form a return circuit, or multiple return circuits, Even in front of some modules connection was wire peeling off, there are still current get through it, nothing affect on effect, And also can ensure that all module supply uniform current at the same time, thereby ensuring shine uniformity.
3. Switch power connection port:
Note: monochromatic module: positive and negative poles can be connection free;
Full-color module: positive and negative poles can not be connection free.
4.configuration size suggest:
To ensure the uniformity of the luminous intensity, in installing in configuration LED module, attention should be paid to the uniform of shine module and reasonable distribution,
A: refers to the distance of module and the font edge, suggest 4-6CM
B: refers to the vertical distance between modules, suggest 5-7CM
C: refers to the horizontal distance between modules,suggest 5-7CM
5. Full-color module connection:
Every controller controll red, green, blue, yellow, each of it has four groups output; Each group of output can be in series or use three-point line in parallel of 100 group. Every controller can maximum control 400 group,it is a great cost saving.
The following item is strictly forbidden:
1. LED module can not access AC power directly.
2.2. you can’t push the light directly during the installation process.
3.3. you must add to glass glue after you paste two-side glue,
