Just took off the black caps and gonna start to paint them white...

Its a really long story why I went with the 40 series...but my next ones will be 35..

And when I am on the freeway and i go over a dip it just seems like I get a feeling that front kinda bobs around a little...I though with keys the ride was supposed to be more stiff, but it seems more bouncy....Either way I am going back in a few hours to tell him to do spindels I think.I was debating between 26s and I am glad I went with 24s for now.... And the shop wants to charge me $300 to paint the caps on my rims.... seems kind of steep

1) put stock keys back in and put in 2 inch drop spidnels

2) rear what springs are you using? shock extenders?

3) still running stock front/rear shocks.

I am running stock shocks.... Guys who did the lowering whom i trust said they used the Bell-Tech kit... He told me spindels were a better ride but i went the cheaper route and now i regret it... definately going to go with spindels now.. Also my service ride control light came on and since i do not tow anything i am thinking that the way to go is to get rid of the air ride shocks put new non air ride shocks and call it a day...and for the record I do not know much about these cars and this forum has helped me out a lot so far.....Do you think swapping out the shocks etc is the way to go?

i would change out ur stock shocks to sum bilstein's they seem to help the ride an stance to me..

hmm well with a 40 series tire is should be a better ride. I believe with the bell tech kit it comes with the shock extenders. Did they adjust the links for the airride? When I just had my 2/3 belltech kit it rode fine. Maybe you just havent gotten use to the bigger wheels/tires? Its a big difference than 20s on 35 series tires.

Nice truck. I think i like the caps black. Ties in real good with the look. the black on the wheels contrasts with the white. Cant wait to see what it looks like with the white though. As for the lowering, maybe some better shocks will help with the boat feeling.
