Instrument Cluster Missing some Bulbs - Issue?

So I removed the instrument cluster from my '99 Yukon during some cleaning and just checking to see what's what, and I noticed that some of the bulbs were missing. I've included pics of both the left and right sides where you can clearly see where the missing ones are. This is my first time taking the cluster out and as far as I know, my late relative who drove it before me never did either. Now I don't anything about what bulbs should/shouldn't be installed for my vehicle or why these would be missing, so I may be asking an obvious question here. Should I replace any of the currently missing bulbs and if so, should it only be specific ones or all of them?

No need, they’re for options that you didn’t have. Manual transmission shift-up indicator, low coolant, etc.

If you tilt the front of the gauge face just right, you can probably see what the indicators would have looked like.

With the cluster out though, it would be a good time to upgrade to LEDs.

Your cluster looks clean and in good shape, but just be sure to be very careful twisting the bulbs out they and the plastic trace tend to get brittle from age and can crack or break easily. treat it like a baby and everything should be good.
