Hey guys,

I've searched a few forums, and not git a direct answer. I'm wondering what parts can be swapped specifically between 1999-2006 yukon xl and suburbans. Maybe tahoes and regular yukons. Wheels, ttarnsfer cases, trannys, engines, seats, dashes, electronics, trims, glass, doors, fenders, ect. I've checked a few parts sites, they alleged new fenders for a yukon can't also fit a suburban. I don't see hkw they couldn't!?

I have a 2005 tahoe and a 2005 Denali yukon. If your talking front fenders yeah the lights are different on the Denali so the fenders have a different shape around them.

To my knowledge, many parts for the Yukon XL and Suburban are interchangeable for major components for the same model year, and to some extent across the years within a specific body type designation (GMT800, GMT900, K2, etc.). But, the trim components can be different, so be sure to check the part numbers for those pieces.

Chevy-specific body panels have different curvatures vs GMC-specific stuff vs Cadillac-specific stuff.
Either it looks like a Chevy, or a GMC, or a Cadillac. No mix'n'match frank'n'stein schidt.

the bigger question is what year make/model is yours ?
typically 00-02 and 03-06 are the direct interchange years, but that really depends on what your working with to give a better answer

I guess I'm getting at that I have a 2003 SLT, 4x4. It's been wrecked but has lots I'd good parts on it. And I'm trying to part it out, jt s lot of the stuff isn't moving or it's been not fairly negotiable price wise with buyers. But I always cone accross 2001-2005 suburbans and some yukons and yukon XLs, and they need some hemp to stay on the road. I csn get s good deal for a 1,000 to 2500 and use them as tow vehicles or parts runners. But I'm looking at taking random parts to fit that each particular application. I'm not even sure if engines from 00-02 or trannys or transfer cases will for 03 to 06
