Interior Issues on my 2005 Escalade ESV

I have a few interior issues with my escalade I figure I will post them all in this forum to save space.

1. Driver side seat torn on door side. I was wondering where I could order replacement seat cover and if I do how do I take off the old one?

2. Driver seat electric controls. I think there is a short in the wiring for my seat switches. sometimes the seat will move when I press the switch and other times it will not. Sometime it switches the directions also. (Up becomes down forward becomes backwards etc.) Has anyone else had this issue? any repairs you know of to fix it?

3. Rear passenger heated and cooled seat not working. Whenever the seat it switched to either mode it just makes a clicking sound over and over like its clicking on and off but the seat never heats up or cools off. Does the whole heating/cooling unit need replaced?
