I have a squeal that is generally only there after the truck has set for a good period of the day. Both tensioners have been replaced and so has the idler pulley and the alternator. The belt itself has been changed a few times too and now is currently running a Gates belt. Can anyone else think of anything that may be causing this? The alternator pulley is set slightly back from the one below it but according to the dealership this is pretty normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is driving me nuts with everything been pretty much replaced.

Hmmm. I was going to guess a tensioner since that's what it was in my case. I found it when I noticed it only happened when the A/C was on.

I'd think maybe a bad replacement tensioner or maybe the water pump starting to go.
