Intermittent popping sound while backing up

I have a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali that while backing up turning left makes an intermittent popping sound. At first I though it was hitting the wheel well but I don't think that is the problem now. Now thinking it's either the wheel bearing or maybe the CV Axle. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Is the sound in front or rear of vehicle?

Coming from the left front corner and only in reverse
