I picked up a few used ones on ebay, and was able to have them sent out to a company to "reset" them. Once I had them back in hand the pairing process was pretty easy to do thru the DIC

Yes that was the easy part.

Dealer will cut the blank blades (or provide blanks) as long as you show registration.

The company I sent the fobs to also offered to up-sell with cut blades, but wanted a scanned copy of the reggie and my ID, wasn't too keen on that route. I purchased their blanks and had the dealer cut them.
