I used Bell Tech to lower my Limited as well. Yes, be sure to plug in 1999 especially if you order anything online.

Yes sir all tahoe Limiteds were 2 inches lower than all the other stock obs tahoes...

They aren't lowered, they just look low due to the ground effects. Your truck is no lower than all the other 2wd tahoes the kit just cleans up the body lines and covers the frame. The absence of a roof rack also makes the truck look lower.

No... they ARE 2 inches lower... due to the Z56 package, its lowered to compensate for the handling and speed...

I can get the original bulletin from gm but trust me son, I know my limiteds. The Z56 package consisted of:

Different front springs (which supposedly lowered the trucks almost 1" but I tend to disagree)
De-arched rear springs for about 1/2" drop
One ton front sway bar
Burban rear sway bar
Bilstein HD shocks
1.25" thick front rotors
11" rear drums
120mph speedo
Different tune for the L31 (basically more timing and removed speed governor)
...and I believe they had a larger trans cooler as well as a p/s cooler

I parked next to my homie's 99 2wd 4dr and they both sat at the same height. I love the limiteds but they were certainly not 2" lower than a stock tahoe. Now back to the pics!!!
