Is there any way to keep seat memory when adding tow mirrors?

Hey M1Gunner, do you have flat or convex glass on the passenger side? I purchased and installed these mirrors. The passenger-side glass is flat, which results in a field of view so narrow that it's unusable. It's like looking backwards through a telescope!

I've contacted AM Auto to see what they can do.

Well crap, I guess we don't have the same thing after all. Could you please let me know the part number and where you bought them? Anything would help. This flat passenger-side glass is frustrating!

To be clear, I'm referring to the upper (larger) mirror.

After doing some reading, it appears this is normal for towing mirrors. The intent is apparently to avoid underestimating distance ("objects in mirror are closer than they appear...") when changing lanes while towing. Most people say getting used to it is painful, but it's a good thing once you are. I guess I'll just power through it!
