Is this an odd combination of features?

So I purchased this 08 Yukon SLT and I knew it was well equipped, but seems the more i read, the feature set it has isnt too common.
I'll list the prominent features and you guys tell me whats common or not.
dvd rear ent
navi
xm
bose audio
power pedals
moon roof
what look to be escalade mirrors (not the stick on chrome)
chrome outside handles
remote start
power hatch/liftgate
2nd row captains but non-heated
heated front leather with memory
power folding mirrors
Non power folding 2nd row
has 3rd row bench
auto climate
separate rear climate
rain sensing wipers
has 17" wheels vs. 20's

I guess the group here will know if this is an odd combo or not.

Seems to me its extremely loaded for having the regular 17's, the mirrors and chrome handles are odd to me as well but especially the mirrors. Then lack of heated rears

sounds exactly like my feature list on my 07 hoe, except for the navi.
