is this bad oil pressure idle

It sure would help to know the vehicle and engine info and convert the kPa to pounds. C'mon man!

Nothing really jumps out at me on that cluster, except you need to add windshield washer fluid...

That is a normal oil pressure for hot oil.

If your engine has V4 mode hardware (likely), parts of that subsystem may bleed off some oil pressure.
Disabling / shutting off V4 mode will not fix the underlying hardware issue.
Even given that, your oil pressure is on the low side of OK.
If you've any doubts, have your oil pressure checked, preferably by a mechanic
with a DIFFERENT SEPARATE physical gauge in a different spot.
