Is this moisture in my headlight anything to be concerned about?

Go in from the front of the plastic fender liner or much easier to just pull the front bumper...

Is there a post write up on the board showing how to remove these headlight housings?

I know my other vehicles it's super easy, just 1 or 2 latches or pins to be pulled and the housing pulls right out. I really haven't looked at these ones closely yet though.
