I've seen it happen before unfortunately and there's not much the owner can do about it. Not saying that happened here but has happened with these eBay ads...

at least give the guy credit for it don't just take the pic and advertise trying to sell an item with it

I have actually seen my truck in ebay add's as well. just looking for grills and came across mine and was looking at like damn that looks like my truck and then, that looks my driveway, then that is my grass..

Scumbags. I know instances where people have stolen the URL and used it in their advertising without even bothering to re-host the image on their own site. The owner found out about it and replaced the .jpg with a different picture involving a certain orifice being used in a very unusual way.
That image pops up on the offender's web site/advertising until they realize what happened and they change their links.
If the bad guy has rehosted the image, there isn't much you can do except contact them/eBay.
