Issues with my 4/6 drop while driving

I have had my 4/6 drop from tony for a while with spohn arms and djm sway bar end links. When i drive my tahoe on the freeway, it feels like I'm going to lose control and feels like i'm going to fish tail... One thing that i noticed is the rear sway bar hits the shock bolt on the passenger side. Have anyone ran into this issue before?

I have a 4/6 on my Suburban but I don't have the Spohn control arms only their adjustable panhard bar and DJM links.

My sway bar also rubs one of the bolts on the shock extender brackets. But I have no issues with controlling the truck at any speed.

I did have 2 bolts come out on the axle relocator bracket on the passenger side which caused a popping noise when traversing uneven driveways and such. I replaced those bolts and put a boat load of loctite on them again. Hopefully they won't be an issue again.

I took my tahoe again for a ride and it feels like it has body roll... i think that is what makes it feel like im going to lose control. ALL front and rear sway bar bushings and end link are new so it could not be that. But I have a wall of speakers and a load on it... Any idea what it could be?

Your del sphere buahings may be shot on the arms which causes sway. I'd make sure the lock nut on the tension setting didnt back out do there will be play.

I'd tighten everything again and the rear sway bar bushings need to be moved over about an inch to give clearance so it doesn't hit anything. Check the rear trailing arms also.

I checked the spohn arms and one was loose... I tightened it back up and checked everything else in the rear... I had moved the sway bar bushing a while back and the is why it hit... It has to clear the pan hard mount which it barely does and hits the shock bolt... I have test driven it for a short distance and can feel a little difference... I hope that loose del sphere was the problem.

I'd tighten everything again and the rear sway bar bushings need to be moved over about an inch to give clearance so it doesn't hit anything. Check the rear trailing arms also.

I have the same issue. At first it was my panhard bar mount on the rear end hitting the frame. I cut the section of frame out and it went away for a while but it recently came back. Everything is tight and all the bushings are new

Just to update the above, I got under the truck on a 4 post lift and found out one of the bags wouldn't deflate. Cut the line going to it and everything and still had 30psi in it. Took a 3/8" drill bit to it and fixed the swaying issue but now the rear bottoms out
