Been away for a while, but now back. Rescued this 2011 PPV from an uncertain fate in that part of town, it has been sitting for a year or two after an attempted theft left it immobile and sitting in the rainy PNW just invited nothing but rodents and mold. Price was more than right, actually right around what a bi-weekly payment is on a 2025 model, panels are straight and rust free, tires are next to new. Will be away on vacation till after the new year, will most more pics and show the progress of the journey from heading to the scrap yard to our rainy day get to work beater.

Looks like a clean unit, hope the repairs aren't too involved and you get her running again quickly.

Back from vacation, started picking away at this rat palace, pretty much the entire interior is trashed from rats or mold, complete leather take outs up here are around $1000...





On the good news side, scanner showed multiple BCM comm faults, was leading to BCM replacement. After probing around a bit, stumbled upon this connector to the back of the driver's side fuse panel and it somehow was disconnected. Plugged it back in, dash came to life and started right up, however running like crap due to old fuel and a #7 cylinder misfire, but it does run and move under it's own power.



So far, the major issue is that nothing to the RF door works (mirror,window,locks), found where the rat chewed the door harness, easy fix, also ate some wires on top of the heater box, not at all easy to fix, explains the HVAC codes I was seeing.

Almost to the bare bones, some more clean up and start looking for a replacement interior, the truck wrecker a few miles away may have a black Yukon in the yard. Looks like the front seats may clean up nice, should sell quick.
