I thought this thread was a joke at first. But seems like you need direction. As stated you are jacking it up incorrectly. I have a 1 ton jack, more lift and 35s. I use 2 4x4 wood blocks with my jack. Jack at correct locations for success.
Your lifted now. Your not going to be able to jack up the entire front end at once. Jack each side on front separate and use stands. For the back you can jack center of axle for both tires.
I know people with feets of lift not inches. They still change tires out themselves easily.
