cool...so what's the install plans on this?

Well, like I was kinda warning it's nothing TOO fancy yet but I'm getting the majority of the big pieces that count towards a good sounding system in, but we have plans to glass up some stuff later this summer - including a cigar humidor. :D

This weekend I brought him a double-din pioneer with Ipod connector, 2 sets of JL 650si components, 2 pioneer 10subs, pioneer 1k amp, Viper 5901 with tilt sensor, audio sensor, window activation, auto start, perimeter sensor...I think that's all the alarm modules LOL! I might have missed a couple

Dynamat is NOT fun. Took me about 6-8 hours to do all 4 doors and the hatch correctly. I also did the inside door panels where I could. My hands look as if Edward Scissor-Hands was having a thumb-war with me...

NO. I have basically DIDDLY SQUAT for power under my hood, compared to how my tranny is built to handle. This thing will support a blower and then some and it's fuking up real bad for having so many upgrades on it and a guy who claims he specializes in the 4l60e. For what it's worth, my shop came recommended by another local shop owner who drag races as a hobby and says this shop builds all his race trannys. Not sure what to think at this point to be honest...gunna take it back to him and review the install.

So as a result of my tranny issue, I needed a tow. Who better than JK? :rocking:

I guess the 104deg. weather here in TX was what really kicked our asses..we were working mid day outside. The mating was just a pain in the ass after the second door, I just got real sick of doing it in a pool of sweat :word:
